TERMS

PAYMENT:
A minimum deposit of 50% of the total fee is required within 1 week of booking. (You may pay in full if you prefer). Any balance outstanding is due two weeks before the date of service.

Deposit may be paid either by Bank Cheque, Money Order or Direct Deposit. If you choose to pay by direct deposit please call us regarding the account details.
Please note that although we will accept Personal Cheques, you will be made personally liable for any dishonour fees incurred.

CANCELLATIONS:
Up to four weeks: If a cancellation is made up to four weeks before the wedding, the deposit will be refunded less 20% of deposit.
Four to two weeks: If a cancellation is made between four and two weeks prior to wedding, the deposit will be refunded less 20% of the full service price.
Within two weeks: Where a cancellation is made within two weeks prior to the wedding, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the full service fee.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
1. Please note Eternal Doves reserves the right to substitute another service or provide a refund at our discretion if the safety of our birds may be in question. This may include adverse weather conditions or if the time of release is getting too close to dusk. (i.e. if ceremony time is delayed). THE BIRDS CANNOT FLY AFTER DUSK.
Should the ceremony be delayed, Eternal Doves reserves the right to cancel the service and all monies will be forfeited as we will not jeopardize the welfare of our birds. Once again the birds cannot fly after dusk.
2. Eternal Doves will not be held responsible for any damage to clothing or property that might occur should the birds make a “mess”. Although it cannot be guaranteed, Eternal Doves has a specific feeding system to help ensure that the doves do not “mess” on the Bridal party or guests.
3. Eternal Doves will not be held responsible for any injury that may be caused by birds to any persons present, during release/display.
4. Please note that although most churches, reception centres and other venues (i.e. gardens etc.) will allow the doves to be released or displayed on the premises, It is strongly recommended that you obtain permission first in order to avoid any embarrassment on the day.
In the event that the client has not obtained permission & Eternal Doves is not allowed to release or display the doves, then all monies will be forfeited.

ETERNAL DOVES entails the services of an experienced trainer to ensure that our doves are well trained.
Please note, as they are live birds we are not able to guarantee that the doves will perform exactly as required every time. However we do guarantee that our doves are very experienced at what they do.
